As one of the most popular applewine taverns, even beyond Frankfurtís city limits, the Wagner is a truly international get together. Yet, the dishes served are mostly traditional Frankfurt cuisine. On the weekly and daily menu (updated on a daily basis), however, you can also find meals from other regions.

Due to its popularity, the Wagner is always rather crowded. Itís thus a good idea to come sooner rather than later to find yourself a good table. These are spread out in several different rooms. There is the central room with its recently restored wall paintings, among them one of the well-known painter Lino Salini (1889 ñ 1994). In the back, you find the winter garden as well as the former pressing hall. During the summer months, Wagner also has tables in the summer garden, the front courtyard and along Schweizer Stra&Mac223;e.

The pressing hall, winter- and summergarden are available for festivities. They offer room for about 120 seated guests. Please advise the Wagnerís homepage for some menu proposals. Wagner will of course be happy to put together an individual menu for you according to your personal taste.
