So you are welcome to the inventive, creative and imaginative kitchen, which makes it so hard to specify which category the cuisine belongs to. The core of the kitchen is German but with French "Fonds" and "Sossen" influences and the tendency to mix it with Italian specialities, the kitchen is given a completely different character.

The Pinienhof kitchen has set an aim and that is to offer and provide you with fresh, healthy and light meals. Pasta and ice cream machines are brought into action everyday which immediately means the preparation time is slightly longer. The dough of the pasta made with biological semolina, eggs, oranges, saffron and other herbs can be served with the fish and meat available. The pasta can also be filled with fish, meat or vegetables and offered as fish-, meat-, or vegetable stuffed ravioli.

For these reasons you cannot expect a standard menu to be offered here at Pinienhof and this applies throughout the year. Depending on the time of year and what the markets have to offer, Pinienhof is able to present you with different menus each day.

A speciality for a short period of time has been fish, as it is light and easy on the stomach. In addition each day three different menus are offered - vegetarian, meat and fish. Please leave enough space for the homemade ice cream or sorbets which are only offered here at Pinienhof.

Smaller parties are welcome to lunch in the Pinienhof. The menu for these occasions can be created according to your wishes.
