Ever since 1981, the Buenos Aires has seen it as its duty to offer its guests Argentine dishes, beverages and music. The beef is of course legendary, though it has its quality differences. But no need to worry: the Buenos Aires knows its reputation and only serves fresh and high-quality (unfrozen) beef from Argentina.

Guests are served typical dishes from both the capital city and from the heartland of Argentina. These have some fundamental differences though. While the cuisine in Buenos Aires has a strong Italien and Spanish influence, dishes from the countryside mainly consist of stew that entails corn, beans, pumpkin or Empanadas, filled with meat, chicken or corn.

Visitors can also enjoy a large variety of Argentine wines. An adequate white, red or rose wine is offered to every meal and taste. But also beer, cider and tee … at the restaurant or in the neighboring shop.
